ที่หน้าจออาจแสดงข้อความเตือน 2 แบบ ดังนี้

• แบบที่ 1 แสดงข้อความ : BATT 05, BATT 04, BATT 03, BATT 02, BATT 01, BATT 00 (ตามตัวอย่าง รูปที่ 1)
• แบบที่ 2 แสดงค่าไม่ชัดเจน (ตามตัวอย่าง รูปที่ 2)

หากท่านพบข้อความข้างต้น ท่านสามารถขอเปลี่ยนเครื่องโทเค็นใหม่ได้ที่ ศูนย์บริการลูกค้าธุรกิจ โทร. 02 031 7888

  To ensure uninterrupted access to service, please regularly check the status of your token device. If the battery is running low, the screen may display one of the following warning messages:

• Type 1: Battery warning messages such as: BATT 05, BATT 04, BATT 03, BATT 02, BATT 01, BATT 00 (see example in
  Figure 1)
• Type 2: Unclear or distorted values (see example in Figure 2)

If you encounter either of these issues, you may request a replacement device by contacting the Corporate Service Center
